Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Prep Cook to join our culinary team.
At Domo we take pride in serving a wide variety of dishes and using a wide variety of ingredients to give our customers an authentic experience. Therefore this role is essential to us providing our patrons a reliable and timely dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients to our chefs specifications (chopping vegetables, meats, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the food preparation process.
- Manage food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Demonstrate knife skills and proficiency.
- Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by working collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. (Candidates with disabilities are welcome to apply!)
- Reliable transportation and ability to work between the hours of 9:30AM-7:00PM
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
