We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restoration Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leadership responsibilities, and helping customers recover from property damage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects.
- Manage daily job site activities and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and restoration services as needed.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
- Complete job documentation, including photos, sketches, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
