This in-person role combines precision, teamwork, and adaptability to bring our clients’ events to life. Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? What You’ll Do:
Build and Assemble Balloon Decor:
- Inflate and assemble balloon decor following company guidelines and client specifications.
- Execute production tasks efficiently; both independently and as part of a team.
Deliver and Install Decor:
- Safely load, transport, and set up balloon installations at various venues using company vehicle (box trucks and cargo vans).
- Assemble decor on-site, ensuring quality and professional customer interactions during setup.
Maintain Workspace and Equipment:
- Perform daily shop opening and closing tasks, keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Fuel, clean, and restock delivery vehicles as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to visually identify balloon colors.
- Strong time-management skills, especially during busy periods.
- A calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
Note: This is a physical, hands-on role that involves regular interaction with latex balloons, driving company vehicles (cargo vans and box trucks), and working on-site at events.
