Job Summary:
The Investment Analyst will support the family office’s investment and advisory functions by analyzing portfolio performance, reviewing account activity, and preparing materials for client meetings. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Account Analysis
- Review and analyze client account statements, performance reports, and holdings across asset classes
- Monitor portfolio allocations and identify variances from target strategies
- Evaluate investment performance relative to benchmarks and stated objectives
Investment Recommendations
- Identify opportunities to rebalance portfolios or make allocation adjustments, as appropriate
- Provide recommendations based on market trends, performance data, and client objectives
- Collaborate with senior advisors and investment team members on strategy implementation
Client Meeting Preparation
- Prepare client‑ready reports, presentations, and supporting materials
- Summarize portfolio performance, key changes, and strategic recommendations in a clear, concise manner
- Assist in developing meeting agendas and follow‑up action items
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of portfolio activity and client holdings
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from advisors and clients
- Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in investment analysis, wealth management, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Working knowledge of financial markets, asset allocation, and investment products
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 license preferred
- Progress toward or interest in pursuing CFA or other relevant professional designations
- Experience working in a family office, wealth management firm, or investment advisory environment

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience and credentials)
