Job Title: TMS Technician & Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Transformational Therapy Services – 8060 State Highway 55, Suite 100, Rockford, MN
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (in-person): 11:30-5:30 pm
Pay: $19-23/hour depending on experience

About Transformational Therapy Services
Transformational Therapy Services (TTS) is a multidisciplinary mental health and wellness clinic providing therapy, assessment, medication management, naturopathic care, and NeuroStar TMS treatment. We believe healing happens through connection — between mind and body, between people, and within our community.
We’re seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented team member to join our front office and TMS program. This role blends patient care with administrative excellence — perfect for someone who takes pride in organization, communication, and helping others heal.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office / Client Care
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and collect copays accurately.
- Communicate confidently and compassionately via phone and email.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
TMS Technician Duties
- Deliver NeuroStar TMS treatments under provider supervision.
- Monitor and document patient progress, comfort, and side effects.
- Prepare treatment room and equipment for each session.
- Track PHQ-9 scores and coordinate follow-up with prescribers.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Previous insurance experience with a medical office, behavioral health, or client service experience required.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and empathy skills.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and emotional maturity.
- Comfort with technology, documentation systems, and multitasking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and calm presence under pressure.
- Preferred: healthcare assistant, CNA, EMT, or TMS experience (training provided).
