Annual Salary $95,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits

- Knowledge of product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge; project management and interpersonal skills
- Skill in directing and coordinating the work of others; and in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with state employees and officials.

- Ability to use superior communication skills, both oral and written, utilizing different communication styles; to present to diverse audiences, specifically racial, ethnical, socioeconomic, and disabled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, business priorities, and technology strategy.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, establishing clear priorities, sequencing initiatives, and communicating the product direction to stakeholders and delivery teams.

Identify staffing needs and manage employees within the team.

Lead product discovery and complete business requirements documentation by working with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners.

Build and foster relations with division partners.

Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues affecting projects within the division to ensure successful delivery and minimize operational impacts.

Manage the architecture, architecture alignment, and non-project enhancements.
