We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Job Recruiter / Executive Assistant to join our growing team. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across departments.
- Utilize talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, Lever, or Taleo to track applicant flow and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct external recruiting efforts through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate lead pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist executives with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Support employee orientation programs, employee relations initiatives, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management practices and assist with contracts, HR legal compliance, and employment & labor law adherence.
- Develop relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage high volume recruitment campaigns efficiently.
- Contribute to training & development programs by coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
- Engage in research activities related to market trends in talent acquisition and HR best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management as well as HR legal compliance standards.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment efforts while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with social media management (recruitment), lead generation techniques, and campus recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional relationship management skills for building rapport with candidates at all levels of the organization.
- Strong research skills combined with cold calling experience to identify top talent pools quickly.
- Ability to multitask effectively while supporting executive schedules and administrative duties seamlessly.
