Gold Standard Bathrooms is hiring an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our growing remodeling team.
We specialize in high-quality acrylic and stone bath and shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, flooring, and complete bathroom remodeling projects. We are looking for a dependable installer who takes pride in their work and can deliver clean, accurate, and professional installations in our customers’ homes.
Applicants with experience in bathroom remodeling, acrylic systems, carpentry, flooring, trim work, plumbing, or residential construction are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bathtub and shower systems
- Install stone bath and shower wall panels
- Complete tub-to-shower conversions
- Perform bathroom remodeling and installation work
- Complete carpentry, trim, and finish work
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
- Install luxury vinyl tile and LVP flooring
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Complete installations according to company standards
- Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area
- Remove installation debris and clean the worksite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take before, during, and after photos of each project
- Complete required job paperwork and documentation
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and installation vehicles
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, acrylic bath systems, carpentry, flooring, construction, or home improvement
- Experience installing acrylic or stone bath and shower wall systems preferred
- Comfortable using drills, saws, levels, and other construction tools
- Ability to read measurements and complete accurate cuts
- Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependable, responsible, and ready to work
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Compensation and Benefits
- $60,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience, skill level, and production
