Halcyon Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Living Assistant. This role involves providing support and assistance to residents in a senior living community.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with meal preparation and serving
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Escort residents to appointments and activities
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
