No experience is necessary as long as applicant has an active CNA license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Follow directives of the nurse and nursing supervisors.
- Deal with people in an empathetic & compassionate manner.
- Provide and document on ADL care during assigned shift.
- Respond to nurse call lights
- Help patients with eating, grooming, bathing, and other direct care tasks
- Know how to care for patients' incontinence needs
- Communicate with nurses and other health professionals any status or condition changes of residents
