We are seeking an individual to coordinate and schedule fuel and propane deliveries. You would be responsible for optimizing routes and monitoring driver progress. You would act as the central communication link between our drivers and customers. You will be responsible for routing and dispatching the daily delivery routes and monitoring inventory levels of our bulk storage facility. We are also seeking an individual who works well in a group setting and with our valued customers both in person and on the phone.
- Routing & Dispatching: Utilize our CARGAS system to build, optimize, and adjust daily delivery routes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and manage our automatic customer accounts to prevent run-outs.
- Driver Coordination: Communicate directly with drivers to relay real-time schedule updates, handle breakdowns, and resolve delivery issues.
- Customer Service: Answer high-volume inbound calls, take delivery and service orders, and de-escalate emergency fuel-outage situations if necessary.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
