We are a Kosher and Organic Food & Wine Company which historically sold to brick and mortar and is now also selling online through our own website and through Amazon/eBay/Walmart and other online media. We are looking for someone to help with the fulfillment of the online orders, to assist preparing other orders for shipment and to help maintain our inventory and the warehouse.
We are a small growth oriented firm and we are looking for someone who wishes to work with us and help us grow. The applicant will need to wear many hats.
Applicant needs to be a self starter who is highly organized and detail oriented. Ideal candidate has experience fulfilling orders from sales on Amazon, eBay, Walmart and private websites.
Responsibilities
- Fulfillment and shipping of customer orders to include pick/pack, labeling, working with FedEx and UPS.
- Ordering and maintaining all shipping supplies as needed.
- Assist with organizing stocks and managing inventory and organizing warehouse space.
- Work with ecommerce team to ensure shipments go out timely.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to specification and completed within deadline.
- Maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Scheduling shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be a team player and work easily with others.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of forklift.
- Computer knowledge. Good math skills.
- Experience with online sales. Understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for online marketplaces.
- Deadline oriented with a high sense of urgency.
- Willing to "roll up your sleeves" and pitch in.
- Attention to detail and care in handling as we are shipping glass bottles.
Requirements
Experience working a forklift preferred. If not, a willingness to learn is required.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Work authorization for USA required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Office is totally smoke free.
