This position plays a critical role in supporting our technicians, drivers, and customers by ensuring parts are identified, ordered, received, and distributed efficiently to keep trucks moving and repairs on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and customers with heavy-duty truck parts identification and sales
- Source, price, and order parts from multiple vendors
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Create and process purchase orders
- Issue parts to work orders and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with service advisors and shop management on repair priorities
- Track core returns and warranty claims
- Maintain organized parts storage areas
- Assist with vendor relationships and pricing negotiations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, diesel, automotive, or fleet parts sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of Class 8 truck components
- Ability to identify parts using catalogs, VINs, and vendor systems
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn shop management software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
