Wholesale Flooring & Cabinet Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Position Summary
Atlas Interior Surfaces is seeking an experienced, self-driven Wholesale Flooring & Cabinet Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, generating new business, and creating their own success.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in flooring, cabinetry, or construction sales who can confidently manage the sales process from prospecting and jobsite measurements through quoting and closing the sale.

Responsibilities
- Develop new contractor, builder, remodeling, restoration, property management, and commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, jobsite visits, and industry connections.
- Conduct in-home and commercial consultations.
- Perform accurate field measurements for flooring and cabinet projects.
- Complete material takeoffs, calculate quantities, and prepare accurate proposals.
- Present flooring, cabinet, and interior surface solutions that meet customer needs.
- Follow up on estimates and actively manage a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company CRM software.
- Represent Atlas Interior Surfaces professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications
- Flooring, cabinetry, construction, or building materials sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial flooring systems.
- Knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, and basic design principles is a plus.
- Must be able to accurately measure residential and light commercial projects, perform material takeoffs, and calculate quantities for flooring, trim, transitions, and cabinetry.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation
100% Commission Only
