Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units for move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, windows, and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, entryways, and shared facilities.
- Remove trash, debris, and abandoned items from units and property grounds.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues observed during cleaning.
- Assist in ensuring apartments meet company quality standards and are prepared for occupancy on schedule.
Qualifications
- Prior residential, multifamily, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Specific knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Driver's License and reliable transportation required
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
