We proudly provide both Skilled Home Health Services and Non-Skilled Personal Care Services throughout multiple regions of Florida, serving patients through Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Veterans programs.Our organization is licensed to provide services and benefits to eligible Veterans, allowing us to support those who have served our country with the high-quality care they deserve.We currently serve patients across the following Florida regions:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead regional and statewide business development initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, and drive sustainable census growth across all service lines.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing and business development strategies that support organizational growth throughout Florida. This leader will oversee marketing operations, referral development, community outreach, and sales performance across multiple regions.The Vice President of Marketing will be a key member of the organization's leadership team, working closely with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives, expand market share, and increase referrals across Skilled Home Health, Non-Skilled Personal Care, Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans programs.This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader with strong home health industry experience, established referral relationships, and a proven track record of growing census.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans
- Drive census growth across Skilled Home Health and Non-Skilled Personal Care services
- Lead, coach, and support regional marketing representatives and community liaisons
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with:
- Hospitals and discharge planners
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- Physicians and specialty practices
- Case managers and managed care organizations
- Veterans organizations and referral sources
- Identify opportunities for expansion and increased market penetration
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to support growth initiatives
- Monitor admissions, referral conversion rates, and overall marketing performance
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans program requirements, and Florida AHCA regulations
- Represent the organization at networking events, healthcare associations, and community functions
QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of home health sales and marketing experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience in healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated success growing census in skilled and non-skilled home care services
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Florida home health regulations
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned Florida regions
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Established referral network within Florida healthcare markets
- Experience with healthcare CRM and EMR systems
- Experience marketing Veterans healthcare programs and services
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred
