At Shining Moments ABA Center for Children, we provide compassionate, individualized therapy to support the growth and development of all children. Our goal is to create meaningful progress and joyful breakthroughs in every child’s journey.
Work one-on-one with children using structured play, personalized goals, and guidance from a BCBA. Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and help support individuals through high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
What You’ll Do:
- On-Time arrival
- Implement ABA programs as directed by the clinical team
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Complete accurate session documentation daily
- Provide ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect accurate data to track progress and support treatment adjustments
- Implement behavior-support strategies to promote skill development
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure exceptional care
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain—training support available!
- Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
- Must have a car to commute to client homes
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping individuals reach their full potential
