RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating an inviting bar and lounge experience.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu items, offering thoughtful recommendations.

Accurately take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery

Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies

Use suggestive selling techniques in a natural, hospitality-driven way to enhance the guest experience

Build genuine, professional rapport with guests while maintaining a polished presence behind the bar

Build genuine, hospitable relationships with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.

Ensure alcohol is consumed only in approved areas and monitor guest consumption responsibly

Complete opening, running, and closing side work to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar

Work collaboratively with service and culinary teams to support smooth, seamless service

Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company standards and policies
REQUIREMENTS:

Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.

Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
