Maximo Functional Consultant (DC AREA)

We're passionate about delivering innovative solutions that help businesses succeed. We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Maximo modules, strong business analysis skills, and experience leading end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct business requirement workshops and translate needs into functional specifications.
Configure Maximo modules including Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
Design and implement workflows, roles, and automation scripts.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, GIS, IoT).
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Document system configurations and business processes.
What We’re Looking For:
****MUST be a U.S. Citizen****
· 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo (preferably MAS 8.x/9.x).
· Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle Maximo implementations.
· Strong understanding of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), workflows, and reporting tools (BIRT, Cognos).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· IBM Maximo Functional Analyst certification is a plus
· MAS 8 or 9 certification a plus.
· Client onsite work expected Monday through Thursday.
Active Clearance or ability to achieve clearance process Secret or higher.
Pay: $110,307.84 - $145,000.00 per year
