What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities):
- Deliver a Warm Welcome: Greet, register, and check guests in using our property management system, ensuring accuracy with room assignments and keys.
- Manage Guest Departures: Smoothly process guest check-outs, verify billing charges, handle secure payments, and issue receipts.
- Be a Local Expert: Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, breakfast hours, rewards program benefits, and local dining or travel attractions.
- Drive Dynamic Communication: Actively monitor and respond to guest requests via digital messaging platforms and phone systems with care, urgency, and a helpful attitude.
- Resolve Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues or billing discrepancies promptly and professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain shift-to-shift communication logs and collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to brand standards.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality is highly preferred (but we will train the right personality!).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and digital messaging tools.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
