Medical assistant
We are looking for a proactive Medical Assistant to serve as a health coach for our Remote Patient Monitoring program. You will be responsible for reviewing daily patient data and escalate critical data trends or clinical concerns to the provider or lead LPN for immediate intervention. You will communicate regularly with patients through phone calls and messaging, providing education and motivational coaching to improve adherence. This position is important with helping patients stay engaged, improving health outcomes, and supporting providers with consistent, real-time data.
Qualifications:
- -Certified Medical assistant preferred
- 1+ years in a clinical setting; experience in sleep medicine, pulmonology, or home health is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office platforms and ability to learn remote patient monitoring software.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to motivate patients toward long-term therapy adherence
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
