A1 Doors & Windows is looking for energetic, confident, and motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. If you're self-driven and enjoy meeting people, this is an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions with no income limit.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate new leads
- Introduce homeowners to our premium doors and windows
- Educate customers on our products, promotions, and financing options
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Follow up with potential customers
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Experience in construction, home improvement, doors, or windows is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
