Job Description:
Provide on-site HR support to employees:

Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork:

Including DACS and E-Verify
-
Ensuring all new hires complete New Hire Orientation
-
Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting
-
Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked
-
Assisting with disciplinary action
-
Data Integrity:
-
Keeping a complete and accurate employee list
-
Correcting missed punches
-
Ensuring PTO requests are in
-
Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll
-
Insurance:
-
Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires
-
Assist employees with enrolling through UKG
-
Answer basic questions regarding the plans
-
Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Two years' human resources or customer service experience
