Responsibilities
- Perform painting and drywall repair
- Maintain landscaping and clean gutters
- Replace light fixtures and toilets
- Handle light plumbing repairs
- Undertake light remodeling work

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in general maintenance
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and plumbing basics

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
