Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality components and products efficiently. Your expertise in machine setup, operation, and maintenance will ensure smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Production Monitoring — Track equipment performance and production output to ensure alignment with daily targets.
- Machine Adjustments — Set, operate, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Safety & LOTO Compliance — Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Inspections — Conduct routine quality checks on finished goods to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
- Equipment Setups & Changeovers — Perform machine setups, tear-downs, and changeovers as required for production schedules.
- Work Area Maintenance — Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.
- Team Collaboration — Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude and contribute to a team‑oriented culture.
- Documentation — Accurately complete all required production and quality paperwork.
- Forklift Operation — Operate a forklift as needed (training provided if required).
- Additional Duties — Perform other tasks as assigned to support production operations.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
