Able Pools & Spas is growing and is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our installation crews. We've been building and installing swimming pools and spas throughout southeastern North Carolina for more than 25 years and have built our reputation on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Install fiberglass swimming pools and spas.
- Perform plumbing for pool equipment and circulation systems.
- Assist with excavation, site preparation, and grading.
- Operate or assist with skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment.
- Work as part of a professional crew to complete high-quality installations.
Compensation
- $20-$30/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
- Overtime available.

Experienced pool installers are strongly encouraged to apply. Top pay is available for candidates with fiberglass pool installation experience.
Plumbing experience is also highly valued, especially experience installing PVC piping, water systems, or other mechanical equipment. Construction, excavation, concrete, and heavy equipment experience are all a plus.
