Part Time Optician Needed! (3 days) Pre-Optometry Students Welcome
Looking for a friendly employee with good customer service skills and willingness to learn optical. Booth Optometry Group is an easy to moderate-paced office with a warm atmosphere. Must be good at multi-tasking and math, be a fast learner, and be very detail oriented. Optical experience preferred, but willing to train if you are the right applicant.
Tasks include:
1. Helping patients with ordering lenses, styling patients in frames
2. Answering phones/text messages, scheduling appointments.
3. Contact lens training for patients
4. Troubleshooting orders. Billing vision insurances
5. Pretesting
Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays are currently needed long-term. Each day is an 7.5-8 hour shift (9-5:30pm) on Mon-Fri, and Saturdays 9-2pm (5 hours).
Bonus structure and vacation benefits offered for full time employees, (and part time employees after 1 year) Bonus based on sales.
