Pay: $16–$20 per hour

Capacity Expansion is currently hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Grand Rapids area. In this customer-facing role, you will assist customers with wireless products and services, answer questions, and help individuals find solutions that best fit their needs.
We are seeking motivated, professional individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, and services
- Answer questions and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service enrollments
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions and offerings
- Support daily retail operations and team goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable speaking with customers in an in-person environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
