Una Care Products is a cGMP-certified cosmetic and personal care contract manufacturer in Strongsville, OH. We produce high-quality formulations for a growing client base and we need a Production Supervisor who owns the floor, leads people, and brings real management discipline to our operation.

What You'll Do
People Management
- Directly supervise and manage the production team
- Set performance standards, address issues, and hold people accountable
- Conduct quarterly reviews with structured feedback and development plans
- Onboard and train new production team members to standard
- Escalate personnel concerns to HR with documentation and context
Operations and Compliance
- Execute production plans and batch instructions accurately and on schedule
- Enforce all GMP and safety requirements; correct and document deviations immediately
- Oversee quality checks and ensure all output meets client specifications
- Write, update, and enforce standard operating procedures
- Develop contingency plans when production disruptions occur
- Coordinate with the lab and QC teams on deviations and process improvements
Reporting and Administration
- Build and track KPIs covering efficiency, quality, and safety; report to ownership regularly
- Maintain accurate batch records, shift reports, and production logs
- Manage warehouse inventory and report variances
- Use Microsoft Office daily for documentation, tracking, and correspondence
- Identify inefficiencies through data and present improvement recommendations to ownership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a manufacturing or production environment
- At least 1 year supervising direct reports with real accountability
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and hold a team to results
- Comfortable with the administrative side of supervision: reviews, reports, documentation, written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid working knowledge of GMP principles
- Able to write and maintain SOPs, not just follow them
- Strong attention to detail in recordkeeping and quality verification
- Clear communicator who gives direction confidently and escalates before problems grow
- Steady under pressure when production does not go as planned
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or contract manufacturing is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of degree
- Able to lift 70+ lbs and work on the production floor for extended periods
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
