College of the Ozarks is looking for an experienced Catering and Retail
Supervisor at the College’s Pearl Rogers Dining Hall.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a fast-paced catering
environment. This position will cater meals to the College community.
Key skills include
- A desire to train college students in a work education environment
- Flexible working schedule (hours are irregular and often require some
nights and occasional weekends)
- Knowledge with Excel, Word, POS systems, and catering software
- Knowledge of working in retail formats such as concessions, coffee shop
and vending
- Excellent time management practices
The successful candidate will support the Academic, Vocational, Christian,
Cultural, and Patriotic mission pillars of the College. This is a full time (year-
round) position and includes benefits such as paid medical insurance, retirement
(403b), and vacation/sick paid time off. This position will report directly to the
