Preschool Assistant Teacher
Full-Time and Part-Time available | 40 hours/week | $22.00–$25.00/hour | Benefits included
Laurelhurst Early Learning is seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for preschool children. You’ll assist with lesson planning, project-based learning activities, behavior guidance, and classroom routines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Completion of required certifications/trainings upon hire (DCYF background check, CPR/First Aid, Food Worker Card, STARS courses, etc.)
