Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Full tear-off and disposal of existing asphalt shingle roofing (approx. 19–20 squares)
- Inspect and repair roof decking as needed (kitchen chimney area confirmed; additional areas possible pending inspection)
- Install synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield, and drip edge per manufacturer specs
- Install new architectural asphalt shingles, ridge cap, and starter strip
- Install valley flashing and step flashing at wall abutment (porch-to-house) and chimney
- Install/replace pipe boots and chimney flashing
- Tear off and repair front porch roof section (rotted decking, active leak)
- Final magnetic nail sweep and full site cleanup

- Estimated duration: 2–3 days
- Roof pitch: approx. 6/12, single-story porch section, 2-story main house
- Materials supplied by Sentri Homes — crew responsible for labor and installation only
- Start date: TBD, pending material delivery confirmation

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
PAY
$2,400–$2,500 for the project (flat rate)
Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
