M.Y.O.B. Consulting, LLC is a growing company serving clients all over central Florida with Full Charge Bookkeeping services. We also offer New Business Startup, Incorporation and Administrative support to small business owners. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team. Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of Full-Charge bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Proficient Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop & Online- min 5 years
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer Service oriented with professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Incorporate great attention to detail
- Accounting or Business Degree is preferred
Job tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to: AR/AP management- Vendor and Client relations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll processing & Payroll tax filing and payments
- Expense management
- Client contract and payment processing
- Prepare financial reports
- Maintaining accurate P&L and Balance sheet
- Quickbooks proficiency test will be conducted upon interview
