Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help boost our online presence by crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital marketing efforts. This paid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within a lively event-focused environment.
Duties
- Develop and curate compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to showcase our brand, courses and events.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like to schedule posts and monitor engagement.
- Assist in creating visual content using CapCut, Zeely, One Peak Creative, and other media editing tools to enhance posts and campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends, helping shape future content strategies.
- Support the analysis of social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives and promotional campaigns, including Facebook Advertising efforts.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, or related program.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with media editing tools listed above.
- Understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and creative storytelling.
