Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following strict sanitation procedures throughout the shift
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process orders and payments swiftly
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all products meet health standards and regulations
- Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our high service standards
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a clean environment
- Experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and transaction handling
- Ability to follow food safety management protocols diligently to ensure guest safety and compliance
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
