Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: In person
What You’ll Do:Clinical Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down operatories efficiently
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols
- Assist the doctor with restorative, emergency and pediatric procedures
- Take digital radiographs
- Take iTero scans and submit cases to labs as needed
- Help create a fun, calm and positive dental experience for children and families
- Monitor patient flow to ensure appointments stay on schedule
- Support hygiene and doctor schedules throughout the day
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the clinical team to maintain a positive, productive work environment
- Serve as liaison between front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Monitor clinical systems, protocols and consistency across operatories
- Manage supply inventory, ordering and organization of clinical areas
- Oversee opening and closing clinical duties
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety and documentation standards
- Help resolve day-to-day team challenges professionally and efficiently
- Coach team members on performance, accountability and patient service expectations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Prior leadership or lead assistant experience preferred
- X-ray certified
- Current CPR certification
- Dentrix experience preferred
- iTero scanner experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
