Sales Account Representative:
All Around Industry Supply is hiring a full-time Sales Account Representative to help grow our commercial ventilation and electric motor sales.
We sell commercial exhaust fans, supply fans, replacement fan parts, electric motors, and related industrial equipment nationwide through our e-commerce website and vendor network. This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using a computer all day, picking up the phone, following up with customers, and helping develop new sales opportunities.
This role is a mix of inside sales, account management, outbound calling, product research, pricing research, and sales development.
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Following up with existing customers, past buyers, open quotes, and inactive accounts
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Quoting products and helping customers find replacement parts or equipment
- Researching new customer segments and sales opportunities
- Reviewing competitor pricing and recommending pricing adjustments
- Assisting with product listings on our website, eBay, and Amazon
- Helping identify ways to increase fan, motor, and replacement part sales
- Documenting customer activity and follow-ups in our sales system
The right person for this role is:
- Comfortable making phone calls every day
- Independent and self-motivated
- Organized with follow-ups and customer notes
- Efficient with computers, spreadsheets, email, and online research
- Willing to learn technical products
- Comfortable asking customers questions to understand what they need
- Interested in helping build a book of business over time
- Practical, dependable, and not afraid to take initiative
Compensation:
- $60,000 base salary
- Commission opportunities on new customers developed
- Full-time position

Pay: $51,973.85 - $62,592.17 per year
