Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and business associates while providing essential administrative and operational support to the office, executive team, and shop personnel. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
- Check and manage voicemail system
- Report phone and internet issues and coordinate with IT vendor
- Maintain a clean, professional front office/lobby area and common office areas
- Perform filing and document organization
- Order and maintain office, cleaning, conference room, and kitchen supplies
- Maintain company shirt supply
- Preparation and distribution of company newsletter (“The Dose”)
- Provide administrative support to C-suite, managers, and Shop personnel
- Record and distribute incoming job inquiries
- Update training lab computers quarterly
- Serve as backup administrative support when designated staff are out
Events & Special Programs
- Coordinate Toys for Tots campaign
- Assist with holiday events and logistics (as assigned)
- Assist & support yearly charity golf tournament planning and coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Will train the right individual
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office as needed
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies and boxes (up to 25 lbs)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
