Country Club Retirement Center is Currently seeking an Admissions/Social Service Director for our long-term care facility located in Delaware, Ohio. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in senior assisted living, skilled care, and long-term care. Knowledge of the Waiver program, PASSAR requirements, LOC, and Medicaid eligibility requirements preferred. A passion to serve seniors is a must!
