Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic organization. This pivotal role involves executing a broad spectrum of HR functions to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of human resources management practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or iCIMS.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs and onboarding procedures to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Administer employee evaluation and performance management processes, supporting managers with goal setting and feedback.
- Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs such as FMLA and workers' compensation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards, labor law requirements, and HR legal compliance.
- Handle employee relations matters by mediating conflicts and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for effective data collection and reporting.
- Assist with payroll processing using platforms such as ADP or Paychex while ensuring accuracy in data analysis via Excel.
- Support HR projects related to workforce management, training & development programs, and HR sourcing strategies.
Experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources department roles with a focus on human capital management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry desired
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal standards.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, Taleo, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel for reporting purposes.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions including contracts management and data collection.
- Knowledge of social media management for employer branding initiatives is a plus.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
