Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Apartment
Manager to oversee daily operations at our property. This position
is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations,
and maintenance coordination
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
Manage leasing activities, rent collections, and property
records
Work closely with maintenance staff and vendors to uphold
property standards
Prepare and submit required reports accurately and on time
Qualifications:
Experience with Multi-Family Property Management
Knowledge of affordable housing programs and USDA
compliance
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems
professionally
Prior property management experience required -3-5 years
Proficient in Microsoft Suites.

Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or a related
administrative role is preferred.
Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and
compliance requirements.
Familiarity with microsoft suites, software and data entry
processes is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to
interact effectively with tenants and staff.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment.
Proficient in office software applications for documentation
and reporting purposes.
