Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Returns Associate to help manage our Inventory returning from shows and work through our check-ins process and maintain accurate inventory records, ensure efficient stock organization, and support operational workflows.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, strong organizational skills, and exposure to construction, mechanical environments, or technical drawings. Experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial settings, forklift operations, and proficiency in Excel is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking in and recording inventory, which includes issues with returned rentals.
- Perform daily inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Organize and manage stock in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and labelling.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Track inventory movements, update records in Excel or inventory management systems, and generate reports.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Work with detailed drawings, engineering designs, or technical specifications to verify parts and materials.
- Support procurement and logistics teams by ensuring timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings or engineering designs (preferred).
- Comfortable learning new programs, working on a computer daily.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer and smartphone/tablet experience preferred, Familiar with MS Teams. Preferred but not required
- Experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial settings is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self- starter and able to follow structured processes.
Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve inventory management practices.
Schedule/ Hours: Full Time Position, M-F, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm (Occasional overtime on Saturdays may be required during busy seasons.)
