As the Assistant Manager of Outlets at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll take charge of a diverse array of dining experiences, assisting in overseeing everything from the vibrant Grand Café and Grand Central to the Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining, and the lively Pool Bar.

What will you be doing?

Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including scheduling, cost control, and guest relations.

Have full knowledge of the menu and wine list, including preparation and service standards.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with the culinary and management teams.

Present ideas and concepts to management, peers, and staff persuasively.

Foster a strong guest service attitude in all employees.

Provide leadership to help departments meet their goals and objectives.

Effectively communicate and inspire employees to achieve set goals.

Address and resolve guest complaints regarding service, products, or staff.
What do you bring to the role?

Position requires a minimum of 1 year previous Food & Beverage and supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and preparation techniques.

High school diploma required. College degree not required but equal work experience is required.

Mathematical abilities in order to determine and track inventory, controls, revenue productions, and other hotel financial statement.

Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
