- Associates or Bachelor degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted registered nurse licensure
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Current CPR certificate
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Previous Medicare home health experience
