What You'll Do
As our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the practice, ensuring every day runs smoothly while supporting both our team and our patients. You'll be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the business office while fostering a positive, patient-centered culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow, and office systems to maximize productivity and team success.
- Lead, coach, and support the team while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by overseeing patient relations and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage patient financial accounts, insurance processing, billing, collections, and treatment acceptance.
- Monitor practice performance, production, collections, and KPI's to support practice growth.
- Coordinate team meetings, staff communication, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage office technology and computer systems
- Maintain employment records, office policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate practice marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Qualifications:
- Previous dental office management experience required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, billing, and practice operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Outstanding customer service and patient relations skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
