Direct Care Worker All Shifts– Part-Time
Location: Green Acres of Fremont – 801 E Main St, Fremont, MI 49412
Pay: $15.00-$16.00
Hours: 24-hours a week
Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) | 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) $15.00 | 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) $16.00
Schedule: Every other weekend | Holiday rotation

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and mobility
- Follow each resident’s individualized healthcare plan
- Provide companionship and promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Administer medications (training provided)
- Work collaboratively as part of a resident-focused care team
No License Required

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Compassionate and reliable work ethic
- Willing to work every other weekend and rotate holidays
