Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM / 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our production team! This role includes assembling, inspecting, and packaging bedding products while meeting quality and production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble bedding & foam components
- Package mattresses, pillows & accessories
- Inspect products for quality
- Label, wrap & prepare items for shipment
- Follow production schedules & safety standards
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail & strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills (measuring/counting)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50–80 lbs regularly
- Standing, bending, pushing & pulling
