Job Summary
This is a stable, long-term caregiving role for an 89-year-old woman in her private home. The position is funded through a long-term care insurance policy, which means reliable, consistent pay and hours that don’t disappear when a family’s budget gets tight.

Schedule & Compensation
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hours/day)
- Days: Up to 7 days per week (up to 49 hrs/week)
- Paid through an established home health agency
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals with attention to health and wellness
- Light housekeeping and homemaking, keeping the home tidy, comfortable, and calm
- Provide consistent companionship and emotional support for someone navigating depression
- Assist with daily personal care and mobility as needed
- Follow the family’s care instructions and routines with reliability and a positive attitude
- Stay engaged and productive throughout your shift

Qualifications
