Job Summary:
To ensure all wares are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner and returned to the appropriate location.
Responsibilities:
· Washes all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Ensures proper sanitizer and detergents are used at all times.
· Cleans wares and put in their designated areas.
· Sweeps and mops dish area.
· Cleans and maintains guest and employee restrooms.
· When the restaurant is busy, dishwashers should assist with bussing tables.
· Ensures all items are properly clean before putting them into rotation.
· Verifies proper sanitizer with sanitize strips at start of shift.
· Cleans entire station at end of shift; ensures all equipment is properly shut down.
· Sweep and mops the front and back of the house at the end of the shift.
· Performs other duties as assigned by management.
· Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
Qualifications:
· Entry level position, no experience necessary.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
· Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
· Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pound
Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
