Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Automotive Enhancement Specialist (Detailing & Wrap Technician) to join our growing team. This role focuses on elevating vehicle appearance through expert detailing, precision vinyl wrap installation, and light restoration work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-end vehicle detailing including deep cleaning, ceramic applications, polishing, and finishing.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces properly for wraps, coatings, and finishing applications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Communicate with team members and clients to understand customization goals and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in automotive detailing process
- Knowledge of detailing techniques and products
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with detailing tools, polishing systems, and installation techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Any experience in vehicle wraps or PPF is a plus
- Basic understanding of paint correction, surface prep, and finishing processes a plus.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills.
